I am pleased to say that the children's parents are great people and they always treated me like I was part of the family, which is so important when you are away from home. They are very supportive and understanding. They helped me settle in. I've got my own place and lots of facilities in the house. They offered me the chance to travel with them and visit lots of beautiful places.

They are like my second family. I know I will miss them all, very much. Apart from this, as an au-pair, I had the chance to make lots of new friends from all over the world. My English language skills improved considerably and I am really pleased with this. I am really happy I decided, at the time, to come through the A2 Z AuPairs agency. I consider they found the right family for me, they offered me safety, support and lots of assistance in getting my papers done and meeting my English family. They even helped me get in touch with other au-pairs in the area and make new friends.

When you are in a different country is very important to know you've got somebody to rely on, somebody you can trust. Owing to their professionalism in matching the au-pairs and the families I didn't have to ask for their help since I came here, but I kept in touch with them and it was so comforting to know they are there and they care about me. I would recommend to everyone this kind of experience. It has enriched so much my life If it is to do it one more time I am sure I would do it the same way. I have no regrets, but the fact that next year I have to go back home.

"I think an excellent way to judge the quality of any service is to see what the service provider does when things go wrong. We made an unsuitable choice with our first au-pair, primarily due to our lack of experience in choosing an appropriate candidate.
